Uncommon Approaches to the Common Core 2015 August 11 & 12, 2015

Uncommon Approaches to the Common Core is an annual conference aimed at classroom teachers, school librarians, public librarians, academic librarians, public historians, and representatives from museums, archives, public television, NYS historic sites, performing arts and other cultural organizations.

The purpose is to develop understanding of the Common Core with the goal to create common skills, a common base of information and common language so that conference participants will be able to effectively support and collaborate with one another to engage students’ interest, curiosity, and creativity.

The conference will take place at the Cultural Education Center, Madison Avenue, Albany, New York. We hope to see you there!
