Teaching Cultural Equity

Teaching Cultural Equity

Patricia Shehan Campbell, Ph.D., Rita Klinger Ph.D., Christopher Roberts Ph.D., and Karen Howard, teachers with extensive experience in music education and pedagogy, created a variety of lessons using the resources of the Lomax Archive from the Association for Cultural Equity. They are primarily keyed to grades first through seventh; some curricula for Early Childhood, Secondary School, and Adult Education levels are also included. Lessons include various interactive musical and literary activities which help teach students about cultures across the globe.
