Counting to Ten in Karen

Students learn about a different culture by learning how to pronounce and sing the letters of the Karen alphabet. Students practice tracing the Karen letters and writing their names. Students will say and practice the numbers 1 through 10 in Karen language, hear how old they are in Karen, listen to a song about numbers, play a game incorporating numbers (where they group themselves based on the number called out), arrange flashcards of numbers in increasing/decreasing numerical order.
