Oswego County is in northwestern New York State, just north of Syracuse and northwest of Utica, on the eastern shore of Lake Ontario.  Oswego County is part of the Syracuse, NY Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The mission of the Fulton Public Library is to promote the development of independent, self-confident, and literate citizens through the access to cultural, intellectual, and informational resources.
